This piece is painted using palette knife and brush on smooth gessoed clayboard. I love painting on this medium because it allows for bold strokes with the palette knife and the colors are always so vibrant. The dimensions are 16” x 20” x 7/8” deep and it is framed in an Ampersand thin floating frame made of natural birch wood.
