If you do not believe that the water is this blue, google it. We drove up into the Northern Cascades last summer during a trip to Seattle and were just overcome at this water! Diablo Lake truly offered some of the most gorgeous scenery I have ever seen in person. The painting is done on hard clayboard over an old painting, so it has intentional texture underneath some parts. It is an oil painting and is size 18” x 24” It is currently unframed but would be gorgeous in a simple wooden birch or dark wood frame.
